Generally, no. Solid hardwood reacts heavily to direct, fluctuating heat and is prone to shrinking or cracking over heated slabs. If you have underfloor heating, we strongly recommend laying an Engineered Timber floor instead, which offers the exact same oak surface but with a highly stable, heat-resistant core.
