Cooper Street

Cooper Street required the removal of particle board in the lounge, dining and kitchen area. Once we pulled up the particle board it became apparent that when the extension was completed they didn't install nogs between the joists under the floor, this mean that the board ends had nothing to rest on. We installed nogs throughout the area then laid the new timber. As we stitched the new floor into the existing floor we were not able to close the gaps between the boards which ran down the hall across to the far wall. These were filled when we sanded and polyurethaned the floor which looked fantastic.
